Leader of the council = Il Presidente Receptionist = Customer interface operative Cashier = Fiscal management facilitator Councillor = (suggestion?) It's the same person/job (Miss Kathy Rice.) Certain elements of the job require the old title but they mostly use the new one now, ie.
