Manx1Bloke Posted May 15, 2012 Author Share Posted May 15, 2012 in the plan there will be a new garage block at the back built up where the oil tank is (it won't be need cos building will be converted to gas) for the emergency response car and a lift from the rear car park to each floor allowing for disabled access and besides a doctors surgery suite there will also be a dentist, and a chemist shop will be built onto the side using a small area of the car park to the right....KM will have a special village rate levied to pay for the facility - using the user pays principal so the residents can't complain...what could be done better, or funded more equitably?
