I would say one man fulltime £20k pa and a Tractor/loader over say 10 year period would be a lot more value for money. This guy charges £45k p.a thats £450k over a ten year period Own man £20k p.a plus a tractor say £50k plus fuel and servicing say £5k pa works out to be about £300k for a ten year period.
