The Great Game Revisted: Ukraine, Russia and the West

Looks like the IMF are applying financial pressure on western Ukraine to fight for control of east Ukraine, or risk not getting any bail out debt money.

In a staff report on the aid program, published Thursday, the IMF added that a change to eastern Ukraine's borders could force it to adjust its bailout. "The unfolding developments in the east and tense relations with Russia could severely disrupt bilateral trade and depress investment confidence for a considerable period of time, thus worsening the economic outlook," it said. "Should the central government lose effective control over the east, the program will need to be re-designed."

"Many dead' in Ukraine offensive."

Many pro-Russia rebels have been killed, injured and arrested in the Ukrainian government offensive in the eastern city of Sloviansk, interim president Oleksandr Turchynov has said. But, in a statement, he said the operation in the rebel-held city was not going as quickly as hoped. Earlier, rebels shot down two Ukrainian army helicopters, killing a pilot and a serviceman. Russia has called for an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council."

Plans in Place for ‘Emergency Evacuation’ of Ukrainian Jews

Since the unrest began, a number of anti-Semitic incidents have been reported, including the firebombing of a synagogue and the defacement of a Holocaust memorial and Jewish graves. As The Blaze previously reported, leaflets were distributed outside a synagogue in Donetsk by unknown men telling Jews they had to register their religion and property with separatist authorities or face deportation, though pro-Russian separatist leaders disassociated themselves with the document and called it a provocation.

Where 2066 Americans asked to do a survey thought Ukraine was:

Reminds me of the

where they go down to Mexico. On their return journey, the border patrolman suspects they're illegals.

"What's the capital of Texas, son?"

"Huh?"

"I said, what's the capital of Texas?"

"Uh. um. uh....hahaha. hahahaha."

His superior steps in and says, "Let 'em go."

"What?"

"They're obviously Americans. Mexicans know the capital of Texas. Mexicans would care that they're being intergiated by the border patrol. Those two are as American as they come."

Why shouldn't Hunter Biden join the board of a gas company in Ukraine?

The son of the US vice-president has been chosen to take charge of energy firm Burisma's legal unit – a decision based purely on merit, of course

He doesn't sound very Ukrainian. He's American, as is the other new board member, Devon Archer.

Who? Devon Archer, who works with Hunter Biden at Rosemont Seneca partners, which is half owned by Rosemont Capital, a private equity firm founded by Archer and Christopher Heinz.

Who? Christopher Heinz … John Kerry's stepson.

Because the little men with pin dicks also own; The banks who lend the money to buy the nukes, the media who persuade the population to vote for it, the governments who make the decisions, the arms companies who make and sell the shit and any other significant industry to note where you make the cash to maintain the power. Why don't they just blow the whole world to smithereens and start again, would be a much better idea.
