And I can sort of see why an incident in Ramsey would lead to a closure of an office at the other end of the Island... risk assesments and all that... but that does lead one to beg the question why the risk assesment had not been done before the incident... at the other end of the Island. Anyway, wither it be bus fares or parking fees/ fuel duty... this seems to me to be a good ploy to recirculate Government money back into Government coffers... rather than be spent on VAT free things such as food.
