I have not been able to see a Video on how her Car got Airborne but it may be similar to Grand LeMans as she may have clipped a Car in front of her and Bounced off of it going Airborne.

Prix, probably.

Interesting that the inquiry into the crash revealed many reservations before and after the race that the track itself hadn't been modernised for these machines of increasing speed. It was 30 years old at the time of the disaster.

Was/is  the Le Mans 24 Hours race a Grand Prix ?

And was therefore the first Grand Prix ever. According to Wiki, it started and finished in Le Mans but was a 60-ish mile circuit through a series of villages. Amazing.
