I went past this earlier today. I was struck by the positive transformation of the Island's urban landscape for the benefit of all Manx Citizens. It's really impressive how the Manx Development Corporation has been a catalyst for that and by enabling regeneration, have reimagined and revitalised the site resulting in contemporary accommodation that will surely be perceived as vibrant, safe, of high design quality and environmentally efficient. I think the MDC must be making a key contribution to increasing inward investment and recognition of the Island as a top International Business Centre. And there's no greater purpose than that.
