A little bit of pain is OK, as long as it doesn't kill you?

They'll be in the middle of the road halfway down the prom terminus to Broadway, then still on but to one side for the rest to sea terminal. On the road all the way! The sensible option of putting a single line with passing places mostly along the walkway and seaside of the prom was not taken up.

The sensible option of building a small line at the home of rest for old horses was not taken up and could still have been an attraction for those who wished to see and ride on a horse tram !
