They were supposed to phone today to arrange a collection time. Needless to say, they haven’t and I can’t phone them. At leat I’m insured for the losses. So it’ll cover the costs of replacement of the IT and the passport fees. Ive been struggling to activate my Vodafone sim using the web site, TOBi chat bot, and on line chat. 45 mins to activate one sim and switch on phone over internet.
