I'd counter that with here being the ideal place. Quiet little backwater only an hours flight to the UK, yet still a 'separate' country. Surprisingly global footprint, sophisticated financial system. Plenty of military aircraft activity in Wales. Hiding in plain sight. It is unlikely though. In anticipation of the Moneyval visit, the Regulators have been desperate for another Baines to bust, to show we are actually doing something other than fining firms for not ticking the right box.
