Just about the same as any other vintage vehicle then, very few vintage vehicles are genuine survivors, vast majority have been restored with most parts replaced.

Seems odd it was even an option especially given the year,  daihatsu /Suzuki carry van/Bedford Rascal  aside, I think the last proper petrol commercial van I drove was a transit with a pinto engine and strangely it had an auto box, absolutely hated every minute of it at the time, but I look back with fondness of it now.

Saw it today by the terrace chippy sporting a Manx reg.
