Not taking the urine but everywhere i look in print someone is holding up "Mental Health" issues as a get out of gaol/ sympathy grab, from drunks in court to our esteemed politicians. I was hoping to visit the amenity today with some goods for the recycle shed, what chance it will be open, I understand there has been "Issues" in the past with weather, surely these are resolved now?

Are we not already charged for waste services within our rates and Gov tax ? to many it seems we are paying twice. I would like to see the emphasis of penalisation for waste transferred to the originators, ie, Manufacturers. We end users do not demand more plastic packaging or cardboard, these decisions and creation stem for them, not the end user.

The open uni ran a prog a few years back, basically outside of a 100mile radius of the processing plant is uneconomic and negative in terms of outcome. Fuel and transport costs being the killer. What chance the IOM?.

Just a perspective post, this is a visit from the German Blockade running submarine , the Deutschland, worth a google. Also worth a skeet is what's behind,----"Newson's" . You will spot the centre section without it's roof, it collapsed in earlier times and was never replaced. To the right, the bracing plates are visible, installed as the structure was "Bagging", heading for collapse. The date of the image?----1920, --So, over a hundred years ago, this structure was heading for collapse and yet there are folk who will tell you it must be retained and restored, at someone else's expense of course. Knock the bugger down, it's not my heritage.
