The mutant chronicles.....I did read reviews and i thought i would give it a chance but feck me that was crap, i ended up fast forwarding 75% of the film and i have not done that since watching babel.

Those backward English bastards.

The happening.... very strange until the film gets going. Once the plot/Story unfolds it becomes a bit boring but the first half of the film was great, thrilling and weird but in a good way.

Hungover on Tuesday morning so went to the IMAX, the only film on early was Speedracer. Jesus wept! i am glad it came with health warnings about strobes and stuff! the film itself is so colourful and different and the effects were amazing. The Story itself was a bit pants but its a kids film so i was not expecting much. It reminded me of a 21st century Tron! If you get the chance i would say take your kids to watch this but if you or your kids suffer from strobe light fits then give it a big miss.

Watched Blood diamond tonight, cracking film i thought. Although Leonardo played a good role but trying to pass him off as a hardman was a bit much. Great story though and worth a watch.

Rambo. I was not expecting alot from this film but i have to say i thought it was great. The Story was not up to much but the graphic scenes made this one of the most grusome movies i have seen in a while, people turning into vapor while standing on landmines, limbs getting blown off and sniper shots going straight through peoples heads!

30 days of night, i thought it was amazing. That harnett fella played a good role and there was plenty of action. Not your usual vampire movie and i think thats why i liked it so much. 8/10 from me.

Shoot em up: If you are looking for a film with great scriptwriting and dialogue then this film is not for you. If you want an hour and a half of an angry person shooting other people in the most bizzare ways possible then you will love it. I had no misconceptions watching this and just wanted a film that was not very taxing on the brain, the film lacked so many things but was good to watch and have a laugh. I can see this becoming a drinking game soon, every time some one dies you down a drink. Within the first 10 mins you would be hammered! worth a watch in my opinion.

Watched shrek 3 last week, didnt like it as much as the first 2 but it was ok i suppose. Saw Shooter tonight, loved it! Totally a man film and well put together i thought.

Watched the number 23 last night. I was not expecting this to be any good really but i enjoyed it, Jim Carey puts on a great performance a world away from his rubber mouth antics. Not the kind of film i would want to watch over and over but still worth a look imo.

Watched a cracking filum the other night, running scared: a couple of years old but i thought it was great, non stop action!

Watched white noise 2 this afternoon, pretty poop but some jump out of your skin moments.

I saw Dirty sanchez a few weeks ago and it was mental, i loved it but i have spoken to people that had to switch it off because they found it a bit much. I watched premenition last night, not really my cup of tea but i enjoyed it. I watched the trailer for 1408 last night, now thats the kind of filum in need to watch! 1408

Watched 300 in the Imax Manchester and i am so glad i watched it there instead of some crap copy. Well worth the £7! Fantastic film that makes Troy/Braveheat look like a pair of schoolgirls!
