Rose? You sir are a homosexual and I claim my £5.
Liking the blog already, looking forward to reading more.

The gent in question was well past his sell by date and far from 'loooookin gude' actually was positively vomit inducing
You shouldn't have married him then!
-
Congratulations, hope it all goes brilliantly.
-
Haha that's pretty cool. Everyone knowing everyone is a benefit as well, no chance of lying dead for two years without anyone knowing anyway! Hope you enjoyed the party.
-
Aye, merry xmas Tonto.

I've been reading this for a while now and i have no idea what to say without sounding or being stupidly clumsy. Just to let you know that people are thinking of you and your family.
-
You have no idea how frightened i am of you now!
/me cowers in the corner

Hmm i'm not to sure, i went through about 10 cups of coffee when i was writing an essay last semester and i had an immense caffiene headache afterwards. 14.3 over say 16 hours (dunno how long you sleep for so am taking the recommended amount) a day may destroy you.

Went to Peel for an ice cream this afternoon and it cheered me up no end
There is no way you can be unhappy if you are eating an ice-cream in peel. It's like the manx version of valium or something!

Just thought I'd comment on this post, just listened to all of these songs again and realised how much i liked them. I'd never really heard of the Shangri-La's before so thanks Dec, I'm off to explore some more of their music.
-
Haha thanks Dec. It is a good tune, heard it a few times before but never actually had it. Unfortunately that version is just skipping for me, starts off normally but about 5 seconds in it starts skipping and carries on for the rest of the song
-
Hmm that download starts well but then just starts skipping. I assume it's not meant to be like that?
-
Did you post that one on Manxnet or ManxOnline (without the music)? It seems familiar. Anyway very well written, I like the music tie-in...a format that works very well (and not one I've seen before)

Hi Tom,
I've been following this from the day you posted and I just didn't know what to say. I'd just like you to know that I share your hope, I look forward to the day when you write in your eloquent and beautiful way that your cancer is in complete remission. I look forward to reading more posts from you, the way you describe the silverburn is amazing, i was transported to being young again and walking along the riverside with my nana and sister and being transfixed with the water rushing away from us (and the occasional duck). So Thank you for prompting those memories and I wish you well on your own journey.
