    Shouting close the borders is all very well but what are legitimate UK citizens supposed to do? Are they not allowed back into their own country? These are pretty extraordinary times, I don't think the UK Government can be blamed (at least not yet).

    Yes, if it is one of the leased ones. As I understand it, Flybe had a mix of owned planes and leased planes.

    Sad that they have finally gone but its been coming for years. As far as I am aware the problems stem from an ill conceived expansion plan that saw them purchasing too many planes, they were then left flying too many unviable routes.

Let's fund our NHS instead Personally, I don't think they were promising £350 million a week to the NHS but poor sign writing/grammar does make it ambiguous. The campaigns of both sides were not great.

    Of course it doesn't but presumably even you would accept that it could have been read that way?

    Not this one again. Direct and indirect lies and false statements were made by both sides in the referendum campaign but that's the exact slogan on the bus. One would have to be rather arrogant not to accept that it might be read as giving the NHS 350 million every week. At best it is ambiguous (perhaps deliberately).

    What exactly do you expect? There is no way that they'll stop it, it'll be a case of simply waiting for it to past or hopefully developing an immunisation.

    All you have linked to is the wording of Johnson's short statement. Apart from telling you to wash your hands it doesn't actually say much. Presumably detailed plans are to follow.

    Na, the UK are being dicks and the EU are being dicks. Doesn't really matter, the rich in the EU and the UK will continue to prosper. If anyone actually thinks the likes of Johnson, Gove, Barnier and von der Leyen care for anyone other than themselves and their mates then they are naive in the extreme.
