However I reckon it's a PR smokescreen. He'll be holed up in some interrogation room with a car battery wired to his nuts while they extract every bit of info he knows. Then they'll dump him at sea. Unless they dive to the bottom and dig a grave. Regardless of tossed over board or buried 50m under the sea an illegal Spanish trawler will soon find it.
