More positioning to justify the 80m I reckon, just like the airport expenditure this is gaining a momentum of its own !

So, we are doing OK for attracting cruise ships without making a huge investment? Good bookings through to 2021. Sounds like a case for steady as we go then. Free WiFi , new signs and artisan tat in the Sea Terminal is working.

I'm sure they could have a really smart tender boat designed and built and operated to help the cruise liners own. Put a glass bottom in it or something, operate it for various public things when not in its main use. Can't be that hard, and much cheaper than building a new berth, or to use while waiting for that nonsense to be built. Big it up to the cruise industry 'look we've built this cool boat to help get your passengers onto our land, call on by. Please'.
