Hopefully Richie McRednose and his gang of clowns in DC will serve them with a notice to get the site tidied up. As they are keen to do with houseowners around Douglas...

as long as the owners respond to any request, they won't get a notice or taken to court.....

No I didn’t. I said it wouldn’t need registering if the shares in the owning company were sold.

And yes, the sale pack confirmed that it would require first registration. 

The two propositions aren’t mutually exclusive. 

Theyve a month to lodge the application for registration and then however long the Land Registry takes.
