Never been there but he ran the kitchen at The Regency on Douglas Prom for a while which I visited a few times. Pretty pricey but you get what you pay for I suppose and the food in there was fantastic, absolutely top notch. I think he runs a hotel in Switzerland now.

Yeah but they are the official sponsor though. Of the road racing event that is the TT. Not good news for either brand. And the TT is a very strong global brand.

When you've done as many miles as I have on motorbikes you get to recognise an ill advised road layout. Pretty much any arrangement that depends on local knowledge and familiarity to work smoothly would qualify in my opinion.
