  1. This is a clear message by the EU that it can get trade deals that the UK can't. There's no doubt in the timing of this. It will probably take the UK another 20 years to get where the EU has got. Shame all the idiots have decided to leave now. You do wonder what will be left of the jobs of the folks in Sunderland who overwhelming voted to leave and whose Nissans they assemble can now just be imported into Europe straight from Japan tariff ree. Stupid bastards. Yay Brexit!!
  2. I've been posting on here for over 10 years. I think you'll find you and notty are part of the recent insurgents.
  3. From a full time internet troll the irony there is staggering when you would appear to spend 12 hours seven days a week dishing out angry abuse on Internet forums.
  4. At least I have a day job.
  5. That's the most subtle euphemism I've read in a long time - I'm just popping under the bridge for a couple of Quirks hot pies. Nudge, nudge, wink, wink ..
  6. Hmm .. I think that would be the "Rhumsaa" bit just above the picture on the avatar.
  7. What? Other than having a really clear picture of Rhumsaa right in the middle of it?
  8. Strangely I have this vision of a dog barking at its own reflection in a window.
  9. Inside the real Cabinet Office.
  10. Powered by BS is probably a better description. I can't imagine why, when getting good SEO via Google and great analytics from Google Analytics etc (and using other services like targeted ads on Facebook) is so cheap, anyone would throw money away on this product from Manx Radio. It's not like any of the old grannies who listen to Manx Radio are going to hunt your business down online anyway. It seems crazy to me.
  11. I think it's unlikely that one is. However reading what one of the victims of this has posted elsewhere you have to admire his capacity for looking at the postives and hoping for change.
  12. I think you'll find Homarus probably knows more about the Douglas Harbour and tidal flows than most 'experts' who will be banking shed loads off the back of this white elephant.
  13. You're certainly an optimist. I'll give you that.
  14. The child is grown, the dream is gone, they're all comfortably numb .. until the pension kicks in.
  15. Most government workers are.
  16. Talking of Floyd this reminded me of these Forums of late. Of course we've all worked out the answer .. Well, we've only got an hour of daylight left. Better get started.
  17. Both Burt and Ernie need reigning in for their own good. Some of the "legal advice" Buster dispenses on IOMN&P is simply hilarious to read so I dread to think what his advice on the legal issues associated with Brexit might be. Usually the advice he offers gets deleted when someone threatens to sue him if he leaves it up as usually it's a load of old tosh he's made up when he's losing an argument with someone.
  18. Sour grapes? I hope she has an armoured hat and a bullet proof vest as the whole CS are clearly going to come out gunning for her now. How dare she try to tackle the bloat!
  19. Don't got down that blind alley again. It wasn't pretty the last time.
