  1. Lol dad joke at it's finest!
  2. I think Indeed is great for finding work and have used them over the years and have found meaningful employment using the app. As a matter of fact, when we're hiring we post on Indeed to look for candidates. One thing to be careful of though is to know what's on your background check! A few years ago when I was looking for a job I applied and my background check came back with something on there that wasn't mine...while I still got the job I had to jump through several hoops to get the record removed and it took a fair amount of time to get done. I can only imagine if the place that hired me wasn't understanding who knows what would have happened.. This website has a good amount of information on how to go about removing things and getting your background repaired https://backgroundcheckrepair.org/. You can also do a background check and see what comes up too. I really hope this helps many of you with your job search and just being prepared. I can't imagine what it would be like to not have my current job while searching for another and trying to remove that from my record... Take care all ~
  3. "You Got to lose your mind before you find it but when you finally find it you'll find out you never lost it at all" - Oliver Hart aka Eyedea Best wishes all ~
  4. I just finished reading The Way of Kings by Brandon Sanderson. I have to say, Sanderson is a fantastic writer through and through. His world building is great and his characters generally seem to have depth and emotion which is pretty important for a good character. I recommend this book and this writer in general if you're into the fantasy genre.
  5. Yeah, the older we all get the more the younger generations assume we're all boomers lol. Technically for me, being born in 85, I'm considered a millennial and I very much dislike being wrapped up with millennials because there's a huge difference between an 80s millennial and a 90s millennial (I believe in hard work and not afraid to roll my sleeves up).
  6. lol seeing your comment on here almost 7 years later made me chuckle a little bit. Take care buddy.

    COP21

Let's wait to see how it actually turns out before we make up our mind about it. While I have NOT been impressed with anything Biden has done since he's been office I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that there are things he is capable of doing properly. Guess I'm being optimistic lol!
  8. I kind of agree with you in the sense that many can't afford the upkeep on the property and are just making enough to cover the mortgage. With all the homeowners struggling and barely able to afford that second home I think they would be much happier if they were to sell it, collect any equity they have, and relax.
  9. Agree. The UK has always been deliberately misinformed about the EU for decades. Why do you think Brexit won?
  10. Yep. We can all agree the Senegalese was definitely a train wreck. And not exactly a good palyer. All he did was playing some decent games during the 2002 World Cup.
  11. It speaks well of you that you can understand there can be two realities existing at the same time, and they can contradict each other. The example is Gerrard. Was he a disaster with Arbeloa and the Senegalese? For sure. Does this means he's a racist? Hell no.
  12. LOL agree. It feels like this person has been council leader for decades.
  13. It is a mess. The United States is entering to one of the worst social crisis in its history.
  14. Unfortunately I clicked the link and read the story. It is incredible disturbing. US authorities and the Biden administration need to do something asap.
  15. Hat's off my friend. The meme simply hits the spot in the greatest way possible!
  16. This is a really good comment. While I'm not exactly a Johnson fan, it is a fact that it's not all his fault.
  17. This is extremely sad. I hope something can be done to solve this issue for good
  18. I heard this is exactly what happened between Gerrard and Arbeloa and Gerrard El Hadji Diouf!
  19. While it is a fact that the people of Douglas South will hardly forget this, it is also true that these types of actions are quite common in politics.
