it may be like private aircraft hangars down at ronaldsway, you are allowed the plot , you build the hangar , and after 20 ????? years the hanger becomes the airports property and you have to start renting what you built at a rather imaginative rate , no doubt in a few years the jet hanger set up will have some sort of get out clause. -

the bottom line is that if there is cheaper competition near by then the grandstand traders aren't going to shell out long thousands to IOMG to be able to sell the most expensive take away food on island TT week.
