sarahc
It's a big place. I'm sure we will have room. And if not, we could have themed weeks/months featuring cheesenmustard from different countries.
Dr Gonzo
Er... a question or ten... would this porpoise built velodrome be of Olympic/CWG/any standard length? Or would it just be a place where local lycra-wearers get together? And how exactly is it going to become self-funding? Or am I going to end up paying for it? Can we have a world-class trials venue next? And a place to play marbles?
Rhumsaa
Stuart insists that spectators won't be needed to make money.... I'm intrigued
sarahc
I'm not sure I want cyclists near the cheese.
Rhumsaa
yeah lycra cheese just won't be a big seller you could have them racing big blocks of edam though!
sarahc
Big round cheeses as wheels. Mustard slicks obstacles. I'm seeing a cheesenmustard cycling museum...
Rhumsaa
all we need now is a rich investor the best bit is at the end of a guest exhibition we just break out the bread and grill and have a cheese and mustard toastie fest!

Rhumsaa
you call yourself a student? slap a bit of corned beef under the cheese and you're in heaven
sarahc
I've never had that but I think I might like to try it. I would add onion into the mix.
Rhumsaa
now that is a good call - nice bit of fresh onion with cheese never fails I don't think I'd have mustard and onions though.... don't want to over power the cheese!
sarahc
I was thinking about onion to complement the corned beef, but if mustard is in there I think you're right - you don't need both. Although I would put both on a hot dog...
Rhumsaa
yeah but that's cause a hot dog needs all the help it can get to add flavour! you don't need mustard/onions with cheese and corned beef.... you just want it!
sarahc
Would you pile everything on a piece of toast and melt it under the grill, or is it a job for a toastie maker?
Rhumsaa
personally I am grill man - don't even toast the bottom side but the toastie maker works quite well!
