Kopek
Is Slumberland worth losing any sleep over? Some day, someone will come up with a scheme that they are willing to take to fruition, apartment?, Fun Palace?, Felt Museum? Tunnel entry? Till then , let sleeping sites lie unless we would like our Govt to throw millions at it! It's a pretty open site, not really an eyesore, to say it has been a site vehicle park does not recognise that there were no other proposals for it's development? There could at least be a Go-Kart track laid out where people could race and watch, something to get on those bloody horse trams for?

Why not turn it into a multistory with all day parking and encourage park and ride and active travel. Chuck in a couple of small shop units for a coffeee shop or souveniers. By the way there is an empty unit at the new tram shed literally waiting to be converted for something.
