Rather than ISPs advertising "up to 8MB" they should be forced to display a minimum speed too - "at least 3Mb and up to 8Mb". As customers we don't pay "up to the amount"... As customers we don't pay "up to the amount"... How can wimanx do that, when they dont own or manage the cable to your house? I spoke with my ISP yesterday who said that they will be sending out letters to all their subscribers detailing the upgrade.
