Apartments whilst keeping some of the facade would be my guess. The only way anyway one is going to recoup the investment long term.

I was hoping that bonkers cult was going to get it as someone told me they were pitching Buster Lewin to be offered up as their legal and property adviser on the deal on the basis that he might get sucked in and it would keep him off the internet for a few years if he was advising H.M [As] Sole on how to get planning permission for his underwater dome.

Can you really see the establishment that floated the sefton group 5 million allow any real competition to them? Even gubay couldn't get a licence for a casino.

the sefton group already have an agreement for the only casino in douglas with iomg.....
