Stu Peters on Manx Radio confirmed that Noel Cringle is going to retire as President. Stu has confirmed this in the forum but corrected the source of information which I incorrectly stated. I would at this point wish to extend my condolences to Mr Peters on the loss of his mother following a long battle against cancer. Stu likes the conspiracy theory (who does'nt) What we do know now is the position of President will become vacant next year. "You heard in first on Manx Radio" The first part of the conspiracy is in place. The second part will now unfold. Our Tynwald rumour has stated that Tony Brown will be our next President.
