Isaac
Don't Shoprite own the village walk. I dare say they'd be less than keen on Tesco That explains why no shop has ever moved into the Village Walk which might compete in any way with Shoprite. But then again most of the units are still owned by the Nicholson Group so hardly a surprising policy.

oldmanxfella
Can government force them to sell? Is that a serious question? Do you think that any government should have powers to force people to sell property that they have legally acquired?

Do you think that any government should have powers to force people to sell property that they have legally acquired? They already have the power to force landowners to sell land, so why not commercial properties as well?
