Mission
Of course he can't, because it doesn't exist (only in his head and that of whomever told him down the pub). It was privately funded, the collection is privately owned and any extra vehicles in there are on loan from local collectors (aside from teh Joey Dunlop collection which came from elsewhere, but still on loan). Some people really do need to find themselves a proper hobby to fill their spare time.
notwell
we all know how funny millionaires are about paying taxes Contrary to popular belief millionaires actually pay an awful lot of tax. In the UK: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/personalfinance/tax/11233686/How-top-3000-earners-pay-more-tax-than-bottom-9-million.html And even under our tax capped regime, how many bottom end tax payers does it take to contribute as much as 50ish tax cappers? You are wasting your time.

You are wasting your time. Yes, I know. But it was time for my coffee and I had a few minutes spare. No doubt I could have spent them on something less futile but I saw the socialist green eye of jealousy and looked into it. My mistake.
