quilp
Dog is better slow cooked. Quite tough when roasted. Especially the rottweiler.
Tempus Fugit
there was an ad in the local paper for an eating out place today, but you'd have to catch the boat on saturday and hope to be back home by monday if you wanted sunday lunch as it was in Lancashire
Mission
To eat out or cook at home? We are having slow roast shoulder of lamb smothered with EV olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic to be accompanied by turmeric roast potatoes, carrot & swede mash and extra fine green beans, and, to be rebellious, Yorkshire puds. No-one else will really appreciate it, but I will! I make Yorkshires with most roasts too. Our family always had yorkshires with roast dinners and it is a tradition that we, as children have carried on whenever we cook roast dinners. I absolutely love the things and it's usually the thing that lets down a roast dinner experience when eating out (the exception being Bride Tea Rooms) most places fuck the roast potatoes up as well. As much as I love Jean Pierre's, their roast dinner was a let down on the two occasions that I have tried it. I'm just debating with myself whether or not to buy a chicken this weekend and go for a nice home-cooked roast dinner with all the trimmings. Mmmmmm

Children shouldn't really be cooking roast dinners.
Donald Trumps
Why not? Latch key kids almost starve if they don't cook for themselves Mind you, I suppose it's all bunging things in a microwave these days
