Gladys
To eat out or cook at home? We are having slow roast shoulder of lamb smothered with EV olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic to be accompanied by turmeric roast potatoes, carrot & swede mash and extra fine green beans, and, to be rebellious, Yorkshire puds. No-one else will really appreciate it, but I will!

Karellen
Jean Pierre's bistro in Ramsey does a quality Sunday Roast. I recently enjoyed their Tricolore roast; one slice of each of beef, lamb and pork along with perfectly done roast potatos and veg

Zammo Maguire
Dog is better slow cooked. Quite tough when roasted.
