Yin & Yang
This 9.99% profit, does anyone know if it includes the purchase of vehicles, rent of flats/houses or any other excesses which should come out of profit?

Manx Gas choses not to disclose its accounts on the basis of confidentiality. In effect only MG, OFT and now the Gas Committee will know the answer to the question. Numbnuts
I reckon the 9'99% profit is after expenses and any creative accounting and spending ! Clear profit is how I see it .

Methinks the reason they don't want a breakdown of their operational costs in the Public Domain is that their customers would come to realise just what it is (and who) they're paying for. In any event they would have researched the price/use of oil and electrickery and ignored their costs to pitch in at profit max whilst retaining their market share.
