Probably the problem with IOMG is that they pension them off and then they seem to come back on even more money to do exactly the same job. The new incumbent is on a temporary contract is he not? Without admitting to the failure of oversight that in itself allowed those actions and failures to take place in the first instance. Win win. Except for the taxpayers.
