I suppose the amount of money that some one can make out of this racket, is huge, and worth the risk of a prison sentence, against the money you can make out of this, it is probably as close as you can get to winning the lottery ? Just hang round ground zero for smack in Douglas and you’ll see them nipping in and out. Mona Drive, Palace Terrace, Hutchinson Square, Stanley / Clifton Terrace and a lot of the surrounding area.
