Frances Posted November 28, 2019 Share Posted November 28, 2019 JW please leave the exec club as is (maybe on Manannan it could be split into 2 separate sections) - a couple more table spaces on Ben would help as I usually try to work on the voyage + would be impossible in a room full of tourists - they are a very different market than the regular traveller set. Is there really a great difference between the premium lounge and executive lounge apart from the fact that one is paid per journey and the other per year in advance? Exec club is very poor value for money compared to any other ferry frequent traveller programme. The real, tangible, benefit is the charming efficient Lisa.
