Yeh, I had a Sure router and it was a cheap and rubbish one. Also, they won't replace them every few years as they become defunct, despite you continuing as a customer for years. Yes me too...binned my land line and got a wifi router for £20 a month . Big saving from before bargain and luckily where I am is close to old telephone exchange and never really have problems .
