pongo
Obviously nobody who is into coffee is using pods. Might as well drink instant or pre-ground.

Real menu grind beans, especially when starting work at 4.15 AM. First thing I do when moving home is to install the coffee machine. I need my brains testing... You'd better alert the millions of people who do use pods.
trmpton
Ah a coffee thread. The world's socially acceptable addiction.
joebean
I have a Dolce Gusto machine and use the Americano pods. The coffee is ok but I resent the expense and waste. I have bought some reusable pods from Amazon and will refill them with a ground coffee of my choice. Ok its more faff and mess but it should be cheaper and kinder to the environment than chucking all those plastic pods in the bin.
Cambon
I have had two different podmachines in the past. The coffee was ok. Nothing to write home about, especially at the price. A few years ago, I went back to drip coffee machine. The taste is superb and the range of coffees is brilliant. I won't bother with pods again.
