Seems a lot of folks think you were asking for comparative restaurant reviews. Niarbyl have a Facebook page here : https://www.facebook.com/niarbylcafe/ There were some posts a few months back suggesting that people contact them in March, but nothing further. There was a query a week ago about opening, which hasn't been responded to, so the outcome looks a bit bleak. You could try calling them on 843300, or PMing through FB perhaps.
