I like the bit on Manx Radio webpage about delays to sailings today: Manxman is due to arrive into Douglas for 7:45pm - it's not known yet whether this will impact the departure time of the evening sailing, due to leave at 7:45pm.

I got pulled over a couple of years back for a rear light out. I had to get it fixed and report to a police station when it was done. Did they check it was fixed? No.
