  1. There is something about the "raid" though there has been a press release saying a criminal investigation ongoing and the licence has been suspended.
  2. It was reported by one of the parents kicking off that their kid might not be able to go to the toilet for 40 minutes
  3. I seen a post the other day about Gaza/Palastine and someone commented on it that if Michelle Haywood wanted to do any good then she should go out there and help, she came on the comments and started going on about the abuse on the thread towards her was terrible but there was no abuse directed at her, some of these MHK'S live in a bubble where they see any kind of disagreeing opinion as abuse
  4. I think Alonso would be mad to leave Leverkusen after 1 season, it has been a very successful season but it's his first season in management and he is still learning. Ultimately there was no pressure at Leverkusen whereas if he goes to Liverpool the pressure to win every week is massive. A couple of more seasons at Leverkusen continues his learning and it may well be the time for him.
  5. Sad fact of life is bullying has always happened and always will happen whether it be in school or at a workplace it isn't a new thing. There literally is no consequences for kids anymore those that do the bullying most probably don't want to be at school so suspending them isn't punishment
  6. which is why you might limit it to say 3 challenges a game so not every decision is challenged. I mean ultimately VAR has got the majority of decisions right and it isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
  7. It pretty much happens now though refs might miss things play goes on and VAR officials are checking it and then when the play is dead they advise the ref to check it or if play goes on to long the play gets stopped. I have seen a foul being missed 30 seconds later the team attacks scores a goal and it is brought back for the original foul, 1 game in the African cup of nations resulted in a penalty so a team went from being 1-0 up to being 1-0 down.
  8. I don't mean it being used as the game is on going on but if a goal is scored they can use it then or as play is ongoing they think it should be a penalty they say to the 4th official who can communicate that to the VAR team and the next time the game stops it can be looked at in the way that happens now
  9. I think VAR is being overused, it was initially touted as only being used to overturn clear and obvious errors. The Coventry offside wasn't clear and obvious and I would be saying the same if the goal was down the other end for United. They should do it a bit like Tennis or the NFL where people get a certain amount of challenges either each half or for the full game
  10. why the need to mention that a refugee had used it? could you not have just put it out that you were selling a bed?
  11. Like I said I was with my son and it was the only place we could eat at that point. Had I been on my own I'd of gone for a pint and waited somewhere else. Again on that night wasn't impressed with the food genuinely think Barbary coast does better chicken meals
  12. all the other food places at the time were packed and had an hour or so waiting list and my son was hungry, is that ok?
  13. I went to a Nandos in the UK recently loads of waiters/waitresses standing about but nobody taking orders, figured out you had to download an app and put your order through there, unfortunately my phone battery had died so ended up just leaving. Never been impressed with the food there in all honesty
  14. I do believe he did it but the theory that his son was involved is interesting though.
  15. His book If I did it is a good read and really makes you believe he did it. I see as well any visitors to him in his final days were made to sign Non disclosure agreements.
  16. I didn't say it was up to government to help. End of the day businesses come and go. My point is they just come out state the obvious that people are struggling then that's it. It's like thanks for that we were already aware thanks
  17. I'm not in government so not my job to provide solutions, I'd rather they just kept quiet to be honest.
  18. The government always come out with we know people/businesses are struggling but then never seem to provide any solutions
  19. Why not park in there for free and save yourself a few quid? I left my car in there for about 4 days when I went away last year. No issues. Was on the early boat so knew there would be spaces then late boat back so knew I wouldn't be blocked in
  20. There doesn't have to be debilitating to driving its the same with drink driving there's a limit and if you're over you're over doesn't matter how well you were driving.
  21. Do people not realise how potent cannabis is? 100% you can smell it from passing cars. Just yesterday I was walking down Christian Road and a car drove past me and I smelt cannabis coming from it. Not a car but was in the co op a few weeks back bloke and his mate came in utterly reeking if weed.
