The biggest users of electricity (which is what you seem to getting at) are subsidising the lesser users. Just like Many Gas really. Next you'll be telling me egaming get reduced rates too. They are using electricity, renting property, buying property, paying rates, gaming duty, a huge amount of NI and paying people very well.
