Yes, loads of games have 3+ on them which is why I sought the advice of the shop keeper, the games are rarely suitable for a 3 year old. I imagine that relates to the content rather than the playability.

Game are a bunch of dicks. I bought the young one a DS thing for Christmas, asked for some games suitable for a 6 year old.....bunch of idiots gave me some penguin game that requires reading skillz. The other day I went to get a simple adding game, they sold me Brain Training FFS, they also told me Mario Kart on the DS was not the same as Mario Kart Wii - liars liars liars. It's no problem though, I just will not shop there ever again and have told everyone I know what fools they are.

Ahhh Douglas Library, bless it, I was in there the other day, I noted that there were far more staff than necessary. Oh holy cow! my cat has been bringing them in, most are rescuable - horrible cold slimey things which have a nasty trick of jumping at you as you try to rescue them, there have been 2 fatalities but I save 3 or 4 a day!!! I would have been very then pregnant too so that might not have been my PJ's more likely to be some over sized trousers and my housecoat (was Mrbees housecoat but he left it lying around carelessly and someone stole it).
