  1. Liverpool FC..Has any team been so lucky ever. Well yes, the mighty lions have been the luckiest team this season, we really don't deserve to be fourth as we have played so badly at times it's been unbelievable. The poorest Man U team ever thrashed us, we then go on to beat the best teams Man City and Arsenal at home, Man City at home we played well, but both Arsenal games we were just lucky, as we were clearly not on their level. Monday night Liverpool showed what a poor team going forward we are and what we lacked in defence, but just got lucky, may the luck be with us next season. But the best of the season was the appointment of Wayne Rooney as manager at City, what an inspired signing.
  2. The record for a serial killers in the UK with the most kills was Dr Palmer until Dr Shipman. Just a little fact.
  3. Ask @Fred the shred he seems to be the Government shilling.
  4. So which of the Jugglers should be sacked Crookall or The whole board of SPCo.
  5. I hope your not saying that any cases that have gone before could be called into question.
  6. I think the hospital has enough buildings to facilitate a sexual assault referral centre, without spending £3million plus extra's, so about £4million by the time it is finished. This will be 2% extra on our taxes seen and spent.
  7. Eaghtyrane. why won't anybody think of the children. Art for art's sake, money for God's sake.
  8. I don't think he knows, but even if he did, he couldn't say, as the AG hadn't agreed to what he was going to say.
  9. The Death of Democracy, is when the unelected,( Bill Henderson) wants to be able to instruct the unelected,( A.G, Tynwald officers) to Instruct the elected, ( MHK's) as what they can and can not say In Tynwald. I wonder if Bill Henderson ever thought to bring this forward when he was an MHK, instead he is now Cannan's Lackey. https://www.manxradio.com/news/isle-of-man-news/whistleblowers-should-never-be-stifled-says-mhk/
  10. I was only joking, but I wouldn't be surprised if it hasn't been discussed in Government at some stage.
  11. No you have it the wrong way round, Government isn't required to tender for any works it carries out, it just provides a bill of service.
  12. Did that include VAT, or was it cash in hand.
  13. When do you think the Department of Home Affairs will start charging before they provide the service. So you ring 999, you will be then asked for your bank card details, only then will you be past on to the whichever service provider you require Police, Fire or Ambulance. They will clearly give service costs for each operation and you will be charge accordingly.
  14. It the best way to keep a track on someone. It is much harder if they are alive, because they move around. Billy boy likes to know where all the three billion people he has injected with Microsoft XP trackers are, because anyone of them could get a virus and crash.
  15. If you want, I could bury you there and nobody would be the wiser, sooner rather than later, might be better as the ground is really soft at the moment. Then you probably won't feel so aggrieved over the up keep of the village graveyard at St Peters Church.
  16. Only in the Summer Views scenario Mr Hooper is playing the part of Mrs Rogers.
  17. Manx Care running Summer Views.
  18. I took 'she who must be obeyed' for a mcdonalds, I counted it . These happy meals aren't cheap any more and they should be done under the trade description act, as it didn't make her happy on her Birthday.
  19. He who laughs last last laughs loudest, Lets not forget poor Tim Baker he was totally butchered by Mrs Barber, when she took the environment and infrastructure policy review of the meat plant to Tynwald, when he was in charge in 2021. He was hung, drawn and quartered by Clare Barber, but now she seems to have gone very quiet on the meat plant front.
  20. Well if were a main shareholder, the first thing I would do is sack the managing director and the board. The Company was brought for £ 120million with annual returns of £16million pound profits, all in hansard when it was purchased, those profit were suppose to pay for the business in the long term, they then purchase a boat for £80 million which seems to have issues. So, yes sack the board and the managing director. You don't have to be Elon Musk to see the island been sold a pup.
  21. Well hopefully you sign up for the clinical trails, No doubt they will need some Government test dummies.
  22. Didn't Edge bring a motion forward to make him be elected to the PAC which failed, with Mr Hooper voting for him to be chairman unopposed. It is certain Watterson doesn't like anyone questionering his authority or complete control over the Tynwald Parliament. She is probably the only member who has ever dared question, why the Speaker has such power without reasonability or accountability in Government. So Watterson would try and keep her silent.
