MilitantDogOwner
...shouty stuff... Ans was right, you are a mental ;-) Now you liking this film, thats a case for being declared mental. And Ans for liking Iron Man. Hollywood should have realised making films of comic books never ends well. ans
Hollywood should have realised making films of comic books never ends well. Yeah, Nolan's Batman films sucked, Donner's Superman was terrible, Raimi's first two Spidey films were dreadful and the less said about Singer's first two X-Men films the better. Agreed all of those films were pale imitations of their paper origins.

Mutley
For my sins I watched the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie. Need smiley for crying or biting down on a shotgun barrel. Utter tripe. 2/
Whatsername
The Inbetweeners movie is brilliant - if you're a fan, you will not be disappointed. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much at the pictures, my sides were actually sore. So many hilarious/cringy bits but the dancing will go down in history as one of my favourite things, EVER!! MilitantDogOwner
Mars Needs Moms. Awesome animation by the same crowd that made Polar Express.
supermac82
Watched Rise of the Planet of the Apes on Friday. Excellent film, one of the best i've seen this year. Another excellent performance by Andy Serkis Watched The Inbetweeners Movie last night. One of the funniest films i've ever seen. Think i was crying with laughter at one stage
Mutley
Hanna - average script but great acting by Saoirse Ronan. Usual ham acting from Cate Blanchett. 5/
MilitantDogOwner
Just saw the trailer for Conan: The Barbarian. Another redux of a cult classic film. And the dude playing Conan is nowhere as beef as Arnie was when he was Conan. I'm now convinced that all films that could possibly be made have been made and the only option left is remakes. Sigh. supermac82
Watched Drive last night. Really good and different film. Really well directed and I thought Ryan Gosling was excellent in it. Also, brilliant music throughout.
