It's already happening (very close to home, so's to speak), to include the application of medical procedures, where applicable, by staff with no qualification in the subject and only rudimentary training in some instances. Naturally, it's all in the name of budget cuts and savings. All well and good until it's YOUR child. It is only a matter of time until the shit hits the fan in a big way in these instances, IMHO.
