I think there is a problem because the IOM Steam Packet was not included in the list of publicly owned companies when they drew it up in 2015 when they brought in Freedom of Information. A basic drafting mistake I suppose - not allowing for future events. Just because it is 'at arms length' shouldn't mean we can't find out what it's up to. They've got that iterative idea in Waste Management at DOI. It means they don't do anything and our Waste Strategy is rubbish. That's the trouble with our MHKs. They try to dabble in everything. They should leave DHSC and Manx Care to get on with things. Manx Care has been given a mandate and will do their best to fulfil it.
