    People from Lord Street flats were re-housed in new apartments built on Atholl Garage site next to the old Wool Store. I understand the Lord Street flats site would be difficult to develop. Maybe there is no access at the rear and so the main road would have to be closed for a long period of time.

    We need to find the 'next big thing'. Hearing how AI can now diagnose breast cancer quite accurately I wonder why we don't do more clinical trials here. We seem to be far behind with technology.

    Didn't they pass something in Tynwald or House of Keys recently so they can put up charges generally by a % and not have to do each one individually?
