I presume the buyers name begins with D

censorship
Yeah, Manx Forums at its best. From the link above we have literally no information, and even if we have the paper itself it says no one knows what the redevelopment will be, yet right here, with no facts, we 'know' exactly what is going to happen. NoTail
Not a good position for posh flats Very smelly with the seaweed Every winter the people on the ground floor will gat wet feet Cars parked at ground level or in basement garage will get flooded on a regular basis. People who live on Strathallen Road above may not stop trees and stones etc from falling on the top.
Wann
Similar was said about the housing estate on Shore Road in Kirk Michael, with coastal erosion a stones throw away, yet they sold like hot cakes. Also the houses The Mill Race at Sulby (the clue is in the names). Flats in that location will sell no problem. Provided they are sold on a nice fresh spring morning on a warm sunny calm day at high tide.

x-in-man
It's a bit like the dirty uncle than the family silver. It makes no money standing empty. Get it sold to who ever pays the cash. At least then it will earn some income.
