Having been disenfranchised by Turncoat Cleggy I'm tempted to write "F~ck the lot of you" across my ballot paper.

The so-called newspapers have been getting worse and worse with their personal attacks on Millibean with the Sun and the Wail getting ever more hysterical. I can't remember an election where they have behaved this badly. Which reflects how close it is I guess.

What I do know is with food banks, the amount of children now living in poverty and so forth the LibDems deserve to be absolutely creamed...

Not to mention stabbing students in the back, and Vince Cable's handling of the Post Office sell off. Totally agree with you, they'll lose most of their seats and turf the leader out.

Very heavy turnout at my local station, I'm hoping the current conservative George Eustice gets back in but he is defending a majority of (I think) only 66 votes at the last election.

My prediction FWIW:

Cameron will go to the SNP and promise them full fiscal autonomy (exc VAT of course) plus billions of never-to-be-repaid loans for three years whilst the change-over takes place. Meantime, SNP will force Westminster to allow another independence vote and Scotland will be cast adrift. Post independence UKIP will metamorphose into an English nationalist Party (much more than it is now) and will give Labour a good run for their money and will be a serious contender as a future administration.

Food banks are a self fulfilling prophecy. If low life have a means to get free food it further encourages them to spend their tax payers hand outs on drink, drugs, and the non essentials of life such as on line gambling.

Poverty is defined by a formulae, nor by no shoes on feet and here again, parents get the money and waste it.

If the UK had PR as opposed to the present system far more people would be voting UKIP. We've voted already and both of us have voted UKIP because we want to send a message plus there's not a snowballs chance in hell of any Socialist taking the constituency in which we live.

How anybody with even a modicum of sense could ever vote Liebour or Lib Dumb defeats me.

I only wish that the Scottish referendum had been extended south of the border. If it had been the outcome may well have been VERY different.

The prospect of a combination of the Nationalist parties with UKIP is a thing that I would dearly like to see. England needs a strong Nationalist party, or better yet government followed by some very hard line Nationalist legislation.

I think it will likely be a minority government Conservative/Lib Dem Alliance.

However it will be a difficult parliament if Labour get together with the SNP on a vote by vote basis. Can't see Labour going in with SNP for majority government, if they do they will have duped the electorate.

Why is this in local news? I couldn't give a flying fook.

I did um and ah about that, but it's more local than international. Perhaps this board needs a national section. Still, you know what it's about now so you can avoid reading it in future.
