Engineer's Blue

Nope, it's actually to coat the underside of some coins as there's a suspicion a child in the house is developing light fingers when they're near the loose change plate we keep for milk and bread etc.

I remember how much of a pain it was to get the stain off my own fingers when I was a proper engineer.

Food colouring would probably work. It stains deeply and doesn't have the unfortunate side effects of kmno4 (potassium permanganate).

It would also wash off the coins OK.

Would you like me to electrify the coin dish for you?

I vote for Bigclive electrifying things.

Food colouring or some form of potent ink would work. Printer ink is a bugger to get off. Fountain pen ink may also work

Zenith have some wicked stuff, stuff you didn't know you needed until you saw it :)

It's a funny thing "the borrowing" my eldest was a mare for it, the youngest two want nothing, take nothing and are really hard to buy gifts for, I think it's socially linked.
